Brief Bio

Motivated by a vision to create a space where artists could collaborate and develop their craft, Morgan constructed his own recording studio on his property. In 2007, he established Mountwells Recording Studio, which has since become a hub for creative work. Over the years, Morgan has contributed to the movie industry in various capacities, including ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), voice-over work, and dailies. He currently holds the position of President at Mount Wells Recording Productions, where he oversees the growth and ongoing success of the studio. Continuing his commitment to innovation, Morgan is currently producing a new show, which is set for release later this year.

Experience

Morgan is an experienced drummer and session musician, whose career in music spans more than fifty years. In 1985, he graduated from Columbia Academy of Radio, Television, and Recording Arts, where he earned diplomas in modern recording, advanced recording, live sound reinforcement, and music business. These qualifications equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of the industry. Shortly after, in 1986, Morgan began working with a local production company in Calgary, taking on the role of talent scout for a local TV show, which marked the beginning of his professional journey in music and recording.
